We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of campus recruiting initiatives, helping to attract and engage top student talent across universities and colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage on-campus recruiting events, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking activities.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and maintain accurate candidate and event data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the student experience and strengthen the company’s presence on campus.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies for attracting diverse and high-potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or campus program coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual recruiting platforms.
