We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to support daily HR operations. This position ensures accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and responsive support for employees and leaders across the organization. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position and is eligible for over time. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, reference check, and any required health screenings or clearances.

Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to support daily HR operations. This position ensures accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and responsive support for employees and leaders across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Maintain employee records and process HR transactions (new hires, status changes, terminations, etc.)
- Support onboarding and New Hire Orientation
- Prepare and track HR reports (turnover, compliance, etc.)
- Assist employees with benefits, enrollment, and inquiries
- Support recruitment and pre-employment processes
- Monitor licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Provide general HR administrative support and customer service
- This position requires prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
- AA degree (BA preferred)
- 3 years of administrative or HR experience
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
