Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver timely nursing interventions in the emergency room setting.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare team members, and ancillary staff to provide coordinated care.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently (FT Nights).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
