Job Summary

Miskelly Furniture is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. You will play a key role in helping customers furnish their homes with style and comfort while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor that fits their needs and style.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and product features.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree or coursework a plus
• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience.
• Previous sales experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays - A MUST
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Schedule: We are open Monday - Saturday and closed every Sunday.

Saturday & Monday - Required work days

Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday (Weekday schedule will be based on the needs of the company)

Sales Employees are required to work all Holidays Except: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

**This is a Commission-based role, with uncapped earning potential

We are currently hiring at these locations: Roomstore in Pearl, MS and our Madison store

Sales Associates enjoy a 4-day split work week and may receive monthly bonuses and awards.
