Job Overview:
D. Noblin, Inc. (D. Noblin Furniture and Mattress Firm) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. (Experience in Furniture and/or Mattress Sales is preferred, but if you have experience in Sales, you can succeed in our Company. ) We have been in business since 1978 and have numerous locations and currently opening more locations.
We have salespersons making $100K plus per year. If you can sell furniture and mattresses and be dependable, you can make a wonderful career with our Company. We have employees who have been with our company over 20 years, you can be one yourself.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions (we train you.)
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle phone inquiries, text messages, emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize call lists (we provide) to contact previous customers via text, email, or telephone, letting customers know about sales going on, new products, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with retail sales or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in phone and in-person etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Desire to be a team player
- Must be on time for work, team sales meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $645.00 - $2,500.00 per week
