As Line Cook / Kitchen Lead, you will help supervise daily kitchen operations while maintaining strong execution during busy service.
This role supports prep systems, line organization, and collaboration across the kitchen team.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and plate menu items with speed and accuracy
• Lead and support line cooks during service
• Maintain organized prep stations and prep lists
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
• Follow food safety and health code procedures
• Support a respectful and team-focused kitchen culture
Qualifications
• Experience as a Lead Line Cook or similar kitchen leadership role
• Casual dining or breakfast kitchen experience preferred
• Strong food safety awareness (certification preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
