- Coordinate staffing schedules and rotations in collaboration with the care team to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
- Manage and maintain accuracy of scheduling and staffing records
- Identify and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation team members to ensure seamless communication and handovers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, residents, and families

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of prior experience in a nursing home; willingness to learn and take direction

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
