- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including patient rooms and common areas
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred
