As a Guest Services/Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents and their families receive exceptional service and support during their stay with us.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing assistance with navigation and orientation around the facility
- Coordinate and plan special events, activities, and outings for residents, as needed
- Act as a liaison between residents and families, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident activities, preferences, and concerns
- Assist with mail, phone, and package delivery and distribution
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and completing paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring that all common areas are tidy and welcoming
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the facility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
