Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Masters in Physical Therapy
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
