- Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group activities to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to track residents' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote a positive rehabilitation environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' progress and treatment plans
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA
- Current certification as a COTA (COTA/L)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately
