Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Current LPN license in the state of Florida
- CPR Certification
- Excellent communication skills to interact verbally with geriatric patients, residents, family members, employees, and other facility guests
- Ability to document information concisely and accurately
- Must pass a Level II Background Screening
- Must pass drug test
- Provides direct care to residents, including medications, treatments, and performing routine nursing procedures
- Documents resident care activities in a concise and accurate manner
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Works collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care
- Participates in departmental activities and follows established guidelines
- Performs related duties as required
- $28.25 - $31.00 HOURLY
