Responsibilities:
- Provide indirect patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transfers, and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and exercise programs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Ability to work 11p-7:30a shifts, including weekends and holidays
