Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in caring for residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work a part-time schedule, approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
