What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd SHIFT MATERIAL HANDLER position at Minutemen Workforce Solutions?
2nd Shift Material Handler
Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Stand Up Forklift experience required to be considered for this position
- Keep all in-process inventories at work centers at all times. This includes safely delivering and opening materials.
- Transport parts to and from plant to warehouse and or warehouse to plant as required.
- Produce corrugated boxes for production use.
- Take finished containers of parts from work cells and prepare them for stocking into finished goods.
- Prepare barcodes for finished goods containers.
- Maintain material handling equipment by completing forklift check-off sheet and completing operator repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Completion of rubber and finished goods inventory and component inventory of coated materials.
- Conducts weight counts for production.
- Prepares coated inventory when work cell changeovers occur.
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned as requested.
