Job Description

We are currently hiring General Labor / Agricultural Workers for a large greenhouse and growing operation in Oberlin, Ohio. This is a hands-on position working in a fast-paced agricultural environment with indoor plants and greenhouse products.

This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and are looking for consistent hours with the opportunity to work overtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with general greenhouse and agricultural production duties
• Handle, move, organize, and prepare plants and growing materials
• Assist with planting, production, packaging, and related greenhouse tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform repetitive and physically active tasks throughout the shift
• Follow all workplace safety requirements
• Work effectively as part of a production team

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday

Start Time: 7:00 AM

End Time: Approximately 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM

Employees receive a 1-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.

Pay $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Must be comfortable working in a greenhouse/agricultural environment
• Must be able to perform physical and repetitive work throughout the shift
• Must be available for the full Monday–Saturday schedule
• No open-toed shoes are permitted
• Casual work attire is acceptable
• Must bring two forms of identification for orientation
