Customer Service / Print Production

We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative / Print Production Specialist to join our team at our location in Midland, TX. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Answering phone, email, and in-person customer inquiries
• Bilingual Preferred
• Build jobs in our print management system with accurate spec’s, costs and recommended pricing.
• Manage production workflow to ensure optimum productivity and output.
• Communicate with clients and vendors as necessary to source quotes, manage orders, product information.
• Operate bindery & finishing equipment (cutter, drill, punches, folders).
• Hand finishing.
• Inspect and verify that completed projects are produced to Minuteman quality standards.
• Order supplies/ maintain inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, packing supplies etc.
• Prep & pack final printed material.
• Perform other related duties in relation to the requirements of a print shop, cleaning, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
• Create Work orders, Quotes and process Invoices for client projects using our proprietary software, which you will be trained on.
• Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
• Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
• Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
• Assist with the production of printed materials and finishing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
