This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Controller located in Manalapan, NJ. The Business Controller will handle financial oversight, monitor business operations, and support strategic planning to ensure efficient and effective performance. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, overseeing financial reporting, analyzing business trends, and aiding in business planning to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong expertise in Business Control and solid understanding of business operations
- Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Experience in Business Planning to align operational goals with organizational objectives
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the printing/marketing industry is advantageous but not required
