We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We need a creative, production-minded professional who can design visually compelling materials while understanding the technical requirements of print production, digital print and finishing,, logo development, branding standards. A background in customer service or estimating experience is highly desired. This position requires a high demand for customer interaction turning concepts into finished printed pieces.

Responsibilities
- Design custom print materials including business cards, brochures, postcards, banners, flyers, signage, and promotional products
- Create professional logo designs and brand identity packages for businesses
- A understanding of booklets Saddlle Stitch, Perfect bound, Coil & Spiral bound is preferred.
- Understanding and being able to identify different folds such as a Trifold, Z Fold, Roll fold, etc. is preffered
- Understanding of vinyl and creating cut files is a plus in conjunction with large format printing and finishing.
- Prepare customer-supplied files for accurate print production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure artwork is print-ready with proper bleeds, color modes, and file specifications
- Assist with production workflow when needed in a busy shop environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional graphic design experience (print shop, sign shop, apparel, or agency preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience customer service and estimating is highly preferred.
- Understanding of vector artwork, color correction, typography, and layout design
- Knowledge of wide-format printing, garment decoration, and branding is highly preferred
- Ability to create original logos and marketing materials from concept to final production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
