Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing faculty as an Instructor specializing in Pediatrics or Obstetrics (OB). This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, promoting student success, and ensuring compliance with academic and clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in Pediatrics or OB nursing topics.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain clinical competencies and professional licensure.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students academically and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Idaho RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Pediatric or Obstetric nursing.
- Previous teaching or preceptorship experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
