Job Title:
Temp - Administrative - HR Shared Services Representative I (Days)
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Start Date: December 1, 2025 | Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hrs/week) | On-Call/Weekends: None
Position Summary:
The HR Shared Services Representative provides administrative and customer support to the HR team, assisting employees and managers with HR-related inquiries, HRIS processes, and policy information. This role ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of office experience; HR or HRIS experience strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred): SHRM, HRCI, CCP, CEBS, Project Management, or Six Sigma.
Must have own vehicle and disclose all time-off requests before submission.
Additional Details:
Must work one holiday rotation: Christmas Eve/Day or New Year’s Eve/Day and weekend after.
Local candidates preferred.

Pay: $24.69 - $40.00 per hour
