Overview:
Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist Director to lead and manage surgical tech operations, staffing, compliance, and quality improvement in a high-performing surgical services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily surgical tech operations, staffing, and training
- Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety
- Collaborate with OR teams to optimize workflows
- Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Qualifications:
- Associate’s in Surgical Technology (Bachelor’s preferred)
- CST required; CSFA preferred
- 5–7 years’ experience, 3 in leadership
- Strong OR knowledge and leadership skills
