Salesforce Administrator

Our client – a shared services provider for non-profits focused on local politics and policy reform - is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Salesforce Administrator
In this role you will manage and optimize their Salesforce systems and support clients in achieving their missions. This is based in downtown Chicago and involves day-to-day configuration, support, and improvement of client CRM instances, including NSPS.

What you get to do
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems, including NPSP, and evaluate/install new releases.
- Provide training, data entry cleansing, process automation, and database maintenance.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and business processes.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Collaborate with external partners to customize Salesforce to meet specific needs.
What you need to get the job done
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years' of professional experience in Salesforce administration with exposure to process automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
- Strong data management skills, including data cleansing and imports.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Interest in public policy reform and strong belief in free markets and individual liberties.
- Eagerness to learn and a customer-service mindset
