SOFTWARE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – Onsite in downtown Chicago with some remote work available post-training (Start date of 10/6)

Position overview

• Work with a growing, award-winning software firm
• Use phone and email to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
• Handle approximately 20 calls and/or emails per day, both inbound and outbound
• Utilize Active Directory to manage account information
• Assist customers in navigating the software platform

Ideal candidate profile

• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Degree preferred but not required
• A recent graduate with tech-focused degree will be considered or various certifications
• Savvy with Windows Operating System and Windows 365
• Able to work in-person, downtown Chicago (very accessible location)

Compensation

• $19.00/hour while contract & increase to $20.00/hour upon conversion to permanent
• $500.00 bonus paid upon converting to full-time employee
• Pay increases with promotions based on hitting KPIs and overall performance
