Basic computer skills, and attention to detail are an absolute must.
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to be involved with the processing, fulfil, and shipping of customer kit build orders. Your job will require efficiency while providing high-quality customer service. The main duties revolve around shipping but may be involved also with assembly of collection kits and filling incoming orders according to specific customer requirements. As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in the process to monitor inventory and communicate any shortages. You should have great attention to detail to quality, be able to follow instructions, maintain expected workflow and build metrics, and work well with others. Some physical strength is required since you may often need to lift packages by hand. If you’re reliable and fast on your feet, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities include:
Shipping of processed kits
Building and assembling customer medial collection kits
Loading and unloading packages
Organizing stock in the most efficient way
Receiving and checking incoming pick tickets
Pulling material to fulfil orders properly
Completing orders and making them available for outbound shipping
Monitoring inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed
Documenting orders, materials, and any stock movements
Skills
Proven experience as a Shipping clerk, Assembler, Warehouse Associate, or similar position - Previous FedEx shipping preferred
Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
Strong communication skills
Dexterity and attention to detail
Organizational skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
License to operate forklifts
Availability to occasionally work overtime
High school diploma
