This role manages product flow and inventory operations across internal facilities and third-party suppliers including:
- Overseeing the ordering, tracking, and inventory intake of packaged finished lubricants in various container formats
- Processing billing for outbound tank and freight truck shipments
- Conducting daily inventory reviews to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment
- Coordinating with customers and contracted carriers for load pickups
- Participating in routine physical inventory counts
- Maintaining organized documentation (paper and electronic files)
- Availability for occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and MRP systems such as SAP
- Prior experience with SAP is a plus
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) Eligibility
- TWIC Eligibility Requirements: The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and Transportation Security Administration. All candidates must be eligible to receive a TWIC in order to be considered for an offer.

Document Management & Communication
- Scan and organize electronic documents
- Email attachments and maintain accurate digital records
- Basic web browsing to support daily operations
- Communicate effectively across teams and with external partners
- Utilize shipping platforms (UPS WorldShip, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Schedule outbound shipments and assign dock doors to truck drivers
- Interact with drivers and prepare bill of ladings
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of products
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Order consigned and purchased products
- Review inventories and schedule order pickups
- Post bulk and packaged shipments and receipts in SAP
- Print shipping labels and track shipments through completion
- Process A/P tasks including coding, posting in SAP, and attaching documentation
- Investigate discrepancies or issues with orders and shipments
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Proficiency in prioritizing workload and maintaining accuracy
