The Salesforce Administratorwill report to the Sales Support Manager andis responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform for GTM functions. This role is pivotal in driving personalized customer engagement through Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other GTM tools, ensuring seamless campaign execution, data integrity, and platform optimization. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing Marketo configurations, supporting campaign operations, and collaborating across GTM departments to deliver impactful digital experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Account Engagement components: Lead Management, Engagement Studio, Engagement Forms and Handlers, Landing Pages
- Manage user roles, permissions, and platform security regarding Account Engagement.
- Assist marketing teams in building and deploying email campaigns, journeys, and automation.
- Maintain data extensions, contact models, and subscriber lists.
- Support integration between Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM
- Build and monitor automations for audience segmentation, data imports/exports, and triggered communications.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain a strong understanding of other related business applications to make recommendations for the company-wide system and process improvements.
- Establish high standards of excellence for business-critical processes and systems.
- Create ongoing training modules, including playbooks, pitch practice, objection handling guides, competitive intelligence, and certification programs.
- Deliver workshops and coaching sessions focused on complex, value-based, consultative selling in the risk and fraud space.
- 2 Years of Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement admin experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, customer journey mapping, and Marketing technologies (ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Gong, OpenPrise, Clari, Clay)
- Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
- Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and solution identification with diverse technical abilities.
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement configuration, customization and integration.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and analytic skills in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, using a variety of tools and systems, including CRM (Salesforce).
- Potential salary range: $50,000 - $57,500. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
