DiCello Levitt, a nationally prominent, Chambers and Benchmark-rated law firm with offices nationwide, is seeking a Salesforce Business Administrator in Chicago, IL.

Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for working with the firm's business leaders to analyze their needs and translate them into efficient Salesforce workflows, automations, customizations, and integrations with other software solutions. This role involves both business analysis and hands-on Salesforce development to design and implement solutions that optimize processes across the firm’s various practice groups.
The Salesforce Administrator will also collaborate closely with IT resources to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other firm systems and third-party applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Salesforce to attorneys, legal staff, and finance department resolving issues related to data, and functionality
- Collaborate with business leaders from each practice area to understand operational needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation
- Translate business needs into technical Salesforce workflows, automations, and reports.
- Create and update workflows, process automation to support legal/financial case tracking and client relationship management.
- Support accurate client matter tracking, and reporting for compliance.
- Stay uptodate with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features to continuously improve the firm’s use of the platform.
- Perform data analysis and reporting within Salesforce to support decisionmaking for business leaders.
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder), and customization capabilities.
- Experience in business process analysis and translating needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Expertise in building and managing integrations between Salesforce and other software systems (e.g., through APIs or middleware tools).
- Ability to configure, customize, and automate Salesforce independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business leaders and IT resources.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills, especially in integrating systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Knowledge of legal industry processes is a plus, though not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple highlevel assignments in a fastpaced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with handson Salesforce development and integration experience.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing projects from analysis through implementation, including building software integrations.
What DiCello Levitt Offers:
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000
- Salary is dependent on experience
