A high-performing luxury multifamily community in Austin is seeking an experienced leasing and operations leader to oversee daily property performance, team development, resident experience, and community outreach initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings a strong background in team leadership, sales performance, and resident engagement.
*Three to five years of experience in property management, leasing, and/or hospitality or related experience in sales/marketing, operations management, or customer service required, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
What You’ll Lead:
• Oversight of a large on-site leasing team and maintenance operations
• Coaching, motivating, and developing high-energy team members
• Driving leasing performance, resident retention, and monthly goals
• Creating meaningful partnerships with local businesses and corporate contacts
• Leading outreach initiatives, resident events, and community engagement efforts
• Maintaining a polished, hospitality-driven resident experience

Schedule Expectations: this role requires working every other weekend
Compensation & Perks:
• $60,000–$70,000 base salary
• Additional bonus opportunities up to 25% based on leasing performance, renewals, and monthly goals
• Option to live on-site with a substantial housing discount available
Location Requirement:
Candidates should currently reside near the Austin area or be open to relocating to the area.
