About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner directly with the President & CEO in leading and scaling a dynamic, multi-channel business.
This is a critical leadership role for a proven operator who thrives on turning strategy into execution, building high-performing teams, and driving results across a complex organization. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the business, lead key operational functions, and create systems that enable long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
As COO, you will own execution across the organization and ensure operational excellence at every level:
- Lead & Develop Teams – Build and mentor a high-performing operations organization; drive accountability, alignment, and results
- Drive Strategy Execution – Translate company strategy into clear priorities and ensure disciplined execution across all functions
- Oversee Operations – Manage day-to-day performance across retail, distribution, facilities, and pop-up operations
- Improve Systems & Productivity – Implement and optimize tools (including Asana) and processes to increase efficiency and communication
- Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment – Break down silos and create seamless collaboration across departments
- Manage Risk & Performance – Safeguard assets, mitigate operational risks, and deliver results aligned with financial and service goals
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) or in a comparable senior operations leadership role
- Proven experience leading operations in a multi-unit or multi-functional environment (retail or luxury experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working with CO-OPs or cooperative business models is a strong plus
- A track record of building teams, driving accountability, and delivering measurable results
- Strong business acumen with experience in planning, financial performance, and execution
- Experience implementing systems, processes, and operational improvements at scale
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style with a bias for action
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of COO or senior operations leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to travel as needed
