Front Desk Receptionist/AP Support

Join our growing team at Miller Transportation Group as an Accounts Payable Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division at our corporate headquarters in Mount Holly, NJ.  The Accounts Payable Administrator will work with vendors and managers to ensure accounts are paid timely and accurately. 

You Will:

• Sit at the front desk and greet visitors to the business.
• Provide a high level of customer service when answering phones or greeting visitors.
• Process accounts payable vouchers.
• Research and resolve issues and exceptions in accounts payable in a timely manner.
• Scan, file, internal mail delivery, etc.
• Support other various projects as needed. 

You Have: 

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to successfully accomplish repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Team oriented attitude and desire to work in a positive environment.
• A strong sense of personal responsibility for individual tasks including an eagerness to learn and own tasks.
