Operations Manager | Supply Chain

Compensation: $100K–$120K base equity
About the Role
Our client, a growing consumer products company, is seeking an Operations Manager to support supply chain execution and day-to-day operations across manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment partners. This role will help ensure consistent product flow, inventory visibility, and operational coordination as the business continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment from purchase order through delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning across partners
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to maintain steady product flow
- Support ongoing retail and customer fulfillment requirements
- Track service performance and help resolve operational discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements across systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in operations or supply chain within consumer products
- Experience supporting retail or wholesale distribution environments
- Familiarity with order management, inventory coordination, and fulfillment processes
- Exposure to ERP or EDI systems
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
