Regional Sales Manager – Mid-Atlantic (NJ & PA)
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in industrial automation sales to support and grow business across Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing direct accounts while developing new relationships
- Support and participate in large project bids
- Build and execute territory business plans and annual sales goals
- Manage and develop channel partners, including training and performance review
- Identify and onboard new sales channels
- Track opportunities, projects, and forecasts, especially with machine builders
- Provide market and competitive feedback to marketing
- Prepare monthly territory performance and activity reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
- 5 years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and PLC-based systems
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, VFDs and Servo drives
- Experience working with sales channels and direct accounts
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
