Role Overview
The Director will oversee multiple interconnected functions, ensuring seamless coordination between planning, production, warehousing, and systems. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging ERP tools to standardize processes, improve visibility, and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core supply chain functions including distribution, material planning, production planning, and systems/ERP oversight
- Drive operational strategy to improve inventory accuracy, forecasting, and production flow
- Ensure consistent and effective use of ERP systems to support planning and execution
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to align on priorities and performance
