Supervisor, Quality – Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead fulfillment quality operations within our warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a quality-focused leader with experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

What You'll Do:
Supervise fulfillment quality operations for inbound and outbound shipments
Perform quality inspections to ensure orders meet company and customer standards
Lead, train, and develop warehouse quality team members
Monitor quality metrics, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions
Partner with operations, security, and QMS teams to maintain compliance
Enforce safety, OSHA, and quality standards across warehouse operations
What You'll Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution quality
Strong knowledge of quality control, audits, and fulfillment operations
Experience with ISO, OSHA, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
