About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a caseload of medically fragile patients, ensuring the highest standard of care. This leadership role combines clinical expertise and administrative responsibilities, including:
- Managing internal casework & evaluating nursing staff.
- Overseeing start-of-care processes & hospital discharges.
- Reviewing care plans & ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Mentoring field staff to enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborating with business development & operations teams.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- 1 year of nursing experience (pediatric/home care preferred).
- CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
- Reliable transportation & ability to travel locally.
