Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Florida
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
