Quality System Lead
Summary
The Quality System Lead supports assigned business units by promoting, maintaining, and continuously improving Millennium Print Group's Quality Management System (QMS). This role partners closely with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards while driving quality improvements that support safety, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Provide QMS support and leadership for assigned functional areas and satellite locations
Administer and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation within the QMS
Coordinate and conduct internal audits, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up
Host and support external audits, including customer, surveillance, and recertification audits
Maintain and improve document control and training record systems
Support calibration programs and report system deficiencies as needed
Develop and deliver QMS-related training across the organization
Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure compliance with customer and ISO requirements
What You Will Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
Typically requires 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Prior experience supporting ISO-based Quality Management Systems
Internal or Lead Auditor training preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of QMS processes and ISO 9001 standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
