Responsibilities
- Welcome guests during the overnight shift, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Review and reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems .
- Monitor security cameras, conduct routine safety checks, and respond promptly to any emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including audit summaries, incident logs, and guest account adjustments.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest requests or forwarding calls as needed.
- Assist with late-night guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any room or facility concerns during the night shift.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests better.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling guest communication via multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail in all tasks.
