Shift: Swing Shift
Starting Pay: $23/hour $2 shift differential

What You'll Do
As a Quality Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every window and door meets the highest standards. You’ll support new product launches and ongoing quality initiatives, making a real impact across our production lines.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Auditing in-process and finished product quality checks
- Maintaining accurate records of product testing and inspections
- Investigating quality issues to identify root causes and drive improvements
- Collaborating with team members at all levels—from operators to managers
- Working with corporate and local quality teams to uphold standards
- Recommending process and tooling changes to improve quality and reduce waste
- Implementing improvements across teams (no direct management responsibility)
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with quality systems and standards
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
