$31.00 – $37.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Candidates must bring a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting window and door products, with the ability to apply that expertise independently and support best practices across the team.

️ What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex and escalated window and door service issues
- Perform advanced inspections, repairs, retrofits, and adjustments with minimal guidance
- Serve as a senior field expert for high‑visibility customer situations
- Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and preventative recommendations
- Mentor and support Field Service Technicians I & II through coaching and ride‑alongs
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer care teams
- Provide feedback on product performance and recurring field issues
- Maintain accurate service documentation and parts tracking
- Keep service vehicle, tools, and inventory field‑ready
- Uphold safety standards and best practices on every jobsite
- Recommend product upgrades and preventative maintenance when appropriate
- Stay current through ongoing training and advanced certifications
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (advanced technical training or certifications strongly preferred)
- 5 years of direct experience servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting window and door products.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Strong customer communication skills, including escalated situations
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or training junior technicians
- Familiarity with Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, or PGT product lines preferred
- Comfortable using digital service tools and mobile documentation systems
- Preferred knowledge of building codes, installation standards, and construction best practices
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs, including ladders and tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
