Position: Kindergarten Teaching AssistantLocation: Brookside Elementary School Schedule: 2026-2027 School Year Salary: Per Contract To Start: August 24, 2026Qualifications: Teacher Certification Prek-3 or similar certification preferred Experience working with kindergarten students Experience working with English Language Learners and Special Education StudentsWhole classroom setting experience preferredBilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferredProof of proficiency in the Target language, as aligned to DESE Guidance for the Provision of Interpreters in the Education Setting (p.8), required within the first year of employment. Responsibilities: Strong organizational skills required;Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather;Capacity to adjust and respond to new conditions and circumstances;Work collaboratively with others in the classroom;Participate in training opportunities as directed by the classroom teacher;Perform all duties and responsibilities related to a Kindergarten Classroom.Assist kindergarten students with daily living/self-help skills.Other duties as assigned by administration.
