Teacher Aide

$17.00-$19.00/hour

Perfect for someone who loves working with children and wants to begin a career in early childhood.

Teacher Aide Responsibilities

• Teacher Aides will supervise children.
• Teacher Aides will support Lead Teachers with implementing curriculum.
• Teacher Aides will play, engage, and interact with children throughout the day.
• Teacher Aides will help maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Teacher Aides will prepare activities and classroom materials.
• Teacher Aides will support daily classroom routines.

Teacher Aide Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (18 preferred).
• Meets Minnesota background study requirements.
• Loves working with children.
• Reliable and ready to learn.

Assistant Teacher

$19.00-$21.00/hour

Assistant Teachers work alongside a Lead Teacher to help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom.

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

• Assistant Teachers will help implement daily lesson plans and curriculum.
• Assistant Teachers will build positive relationships with children and families.
• Assistant Teachers will maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Assistant Teachers will support children's learning and development through play.
• Assistant Teachers will follow all Minnesota licensing requirements and center policies.

Assistant Teacher Qualifications

• Meets Minnesota Assistant Teacher requirements (education or qualifying experience).
• Passes Minnesota background study.
• Positive attitude and dependable.

Lead Teacher

$22.00-$24.50/hour

Lead Teachers create engaging classrooms where children thrive.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities

• Lead Teachers will plan and lead engaging daily curriculum.
• Lead Teachers will create a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Lead Teachers will build strong partnerships with families.
• Lead Teachers will mentor and support Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides.
• Lead Teachers will maintain compliance with Minnesota licensing requirements.
• Lead Teachers will support each child's learning and development.

Lead Teacher Qualifications

• Meets Minnesota Lead Teacher qualifications.
• Experience leading a classroom preferred.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Passion for early childhood education.
