- Early Preschool Lead Teacher
Pay: $22.00–$24.50/hour (based on qualifications and experience)

Milestones Early Learning Center in Maple Grove is growing, and we're looking for passionate, dependable Lead Teachers who are excited to create engaging classrooms where children thrive.
Our Lead Teachers are supported by experienced leadership, have the freedom to build meaningful relationships with children and families, and play an important role in mentoring Assistant Teachers and Aides.
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Plan and implement curriculum that encourages learning through play.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Lead and mentor Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides.
- Maintain Minnesota licensing standards and classroom documentation.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Must meet Minnesota Lead Teacher qualifications (college credits or degree required).
- Previous experience leading a classroom preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Passion for early childhood education.
