Milestones Early Learning Center – Maple Grove, MN
Pay:
- Teacher Aides: $17.00–$19.00/hour
- Assistant Teachers: $19.00–$21.00/hour
- (Based on qualifications and experience.)
As our enrollment continues to grow, Milestones Early Learning Center in Maple Grove is looking for caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher Aides and Assistant Teachers to join our team!
We're currently hiring for opportunities throughout the center, giving you the chance to work with the age group that's the best fit for you—including infants, toddlers, preschool, and Pre-K.
Whether you're just starting your career in early childhood education or already have classroom experience, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Support Lead Teachers in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate classrooms.
- Help provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Assist with daily classroom routines, meals, diapering, potty training, and activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom while meeting Minnesota licensing standards.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team player who enjoys working with children.
- Experience in childcare is preferred but not required for Aide positions.
- Assistant Teachers must meet Minnesota Assistant Teacher qualifications.
