Pay: $22.00–$24.50/hour (based on qualifications and experience)

Milestones Early Learning Center in Plymouth is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! If you love creating engaging learning experiences, building strong relationships with families, and leading a classroom where children can thrive, we'd love to meet you.
Our Plymouth location features spacious classrooms, an indoor gym, onsite kitchen and laundry, and a supportive leadership team dedicated to helping teachers succeed.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with families through daily communication.
- Lead your classroom while mentoring Assistant Teachers and Aides.
- Maintain Minnesota licensing standards and classroom documentation.
Qualifications
- Must meet Minnesota Lead Teacher qualifications.
- Previous toddler classroom experience preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
