Midwest Sport & Spine Center is a busy, sports-focused chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist. This position offers the opportunity to build a strong massage caseload within an established clinic.
For candidates who are interested in earning additional income while growing their massage schedule, optional part-time hours are available as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA). Participation in the CA role is not required. This is an Independent Contractor role (1099).
Position Structure
- Massage Therapist
- Paid percentage of collected massage revenue and tips
- Optional: Chiropractic Assistant
- Hourly pay for front-office / clinical support duties
Massage Therapist Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic and/or sports massage
- Perform soft tissue and manual therapy prior to chiropractic or rehab visits
- Customize treatments based on patient needs and care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions
- Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab staff
Compensation:
- Percentage of collected massage revenue

Optional Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors during patient flow
- Room patients and prepare treatment areas
- Perform basic therapies as trained
- Front desk support as needed
Compensation:
- Hourly pay based on experience
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Massage Therapy License
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Chiropractic or medical office experience a plus (not required)
