Description
A well-established Central Oregon company is seeking a dependable and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team with daily operations and administrative needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump-in where needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests, vendors, and service appointments
- Assist with customer, client, and vendor communications
- Retrieve, process, and distribute mail and other reports as directed by leadership
- Run business-related errands and provide off-site support as needed
- Answer phones and assist with general office communication
- Maintain files, records, and department documentation
- Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work additional hours when needed
Schedule & Benefits:
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, typical start time: 8:30 AM
- Additional hours frequently available/required based on business needs
- Five paid days of leave. Days are accrued and subject to the manager's preapproval.

- Holiday pay, if your normal work day falls on a paid holiday. The (9) paid holidays are: New year's day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour, DOE
