Join the culinary team at one of Central Oregon’s premier resort destinations. We are seeking experienced Line Cooks for a seasonal assignment lasting approximately three weeks, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, portion, and garnish food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation practices.
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, food rotation, and receiving deliveries.
- Work 2p to 9p and be flexible shifts across all kitchen and food & beverage outlets as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors while supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Follow all workplace safety, attendance, and guest service standards.
- 2–3 years of cooking experience preferred.
- High School Diploma preferred or GED
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must pass drug screening.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
