Responsibilities
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
- Clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Replace used linens and towels with fresh ones, ensuring all items are in good condition.
- Maintain laundry equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring proper handling of garments.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain overall hotel standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Knowledge of laundering techniques and cleaning products.
