Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and laundry facilities within our establishment. Responsibilities

• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
• Clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Replace used linens and towels with fresh ones, ensuring all items are in good condition.
• Maintain laundry equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring proper handling of garments.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain overall hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of laundering techniques and cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
